Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account and company in Descope is a manual process handled by the Descope Support team. To ensure safe and intentional deletion, you must complete the steps below before submitting a deletion request.
Overview of the deletion process
Before Descope Support can delete your company, you must complete the following steps:
- Create a new project in your company and name it
DELETE-<Company ID>. You can get the company ID from the Company Settings page - Delete all other projects from the company except the one you just created
- Rename the company name to
DELETE-ME
- Contact Descope Support from a Descoper's email address
Once these steps are completed, the Support team will manually verify and delete the account and company.
