Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account and company in Descope is a manual process handled by the Descope Support team. To ensure safe and intentional deletion, you must complete the steps below before submitting a deletion request.

Overview of the deletion process

Before Descope Support can delete your company, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Create a new project in your company and name it DELETE-<Company ID>. You can get the company ID from the Company Settings page
  2. Delete all other projects from the company except the one you just created
  3. Rename the company name to DELETE-ME Rename company
  4. Contact Descope Support from a Descoper's email address

Once these steps are completed, the Support team will manually verify and delete the account and company.
