Whether the Agentic Governance Suite has been activated for the project.
When true, a new access request that the current policies already permit (every requested target is covered by an enabled policy) is approved and its agent client provisioned at creation.
When true, the suite is switched off: no new access requests can be created and none are auto-approved. Existing requests can still be searched, loaded and resolved.
Update the project's Agentic Governance Suite settings, using a valid management key. Only the fields present in the request are changed. Requires the Agentic Governance Suite in the company license, except a request that changes nothing, which succeeds without it.
